We understand that your friends an loved ones are mad about fish (you have probably questioned their sanity on more than one occasion!), And you’d love nothing more than to get the a new addition they would love? But the stress of choosing the right one (You feel like such a noob right?) and getting it wrong could destroy that friendship!

We have the answer! Show your appreciation for their hobby and get a gift certificate for them to choose a new family member they will love!

The voucher can also be redeemed against any products on our website (although a pump is a bit boring for a gift….)

Available in £10, £20 and £50 denominations

Please ensure that you the following details in the order notes box when purchasing (on the payment page at the bottom):

From – Who you would like it to be from?

A personal message.

These will be added to the certificate and then emailed to the buyer (usually within 48 hours).

Claiming your gift certificate

Claiming the certificate is via the unique certificate code supplied. Entering in it at checkout will apply the value.

Terms and conditions

All gift certificates are valid from the date of issue until 12 months after.

No refund is available for gift certificates that have not been claimed

Claiming the value of the gift certificate is via unique code on the certificate applied at checkout on the website for live fish, dry products, gifts, fish medication, services and fish food (www.mf-aquatics.co.uk). Gift certificates are not redeemable against any shipping costs.

MF Aquatics LTD are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of gift certificates.

MF Aquatics LTD are not responsible for unauthorised use of gift certificates.

The gift certificate is non transferable, non refundable cannot be exchanged for cash.

The gift certificate cannot be used in part, it must be used in full and no refund or credit is available for the balance.

Live fish purchased using a gift certificate fall under the standard terms and conditions, with the exception that any claims will be administered in the form of future credit.
