What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Through the registration process we will collect names, addresses, email, telephone number(s) and user names stored securely on a server

  • Data is collected from the user at point of registration
  • Registration will capture, Name, Address, email
    telephone number(s) and user names along with order history.
  • Limited data will be returned by third parties where a financial transaction has taken place for the means of verifying the transaction.
  • Financial information is handled by third party providers (PayPal) and is not disclosed to us. Paypal transactions are secure and confirmation information is returned to us. Please refer to PayPal for further information on their Privacy Policy and Terms and conditions.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms

All data on contact forms is collected to ensure we can provide an adequate response. It will include the text and contact information provided to us, by you, and is not disclosed to any third parties unless authorised by yourself to complete a transaction or service.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
