Watonai Goldfish

Watonai goldfish are a variety of goldfish that displays the twin tail. Very similar to Wakin, but with a longer flowing tail.  Very common in Asia where the twin tailed Goldfish are more common than our own single tail varieties. They are usually available in Red, red and white and sometimes calico. The are suitable for aquariums and ponds. These Goldfish are one of the very few ‘fancy’ type goldfish suitable for ponds in the UK.

These are stunning little fish with strong Red. They will happily mix with other common goldfish, Koi and other pondfish. Watonai goldfish are not commonly available in the UK.
