Carex oshimensis ‘Everest’, also known as Carex oshimensis Fiwhite, is a a grass-like foliage with distinctive green and white variegation. It forms a low slowly spreading evergreen clump. An attractive addition to a patio pot, it can also be used to great effect towards the front of the border contrasting well with other grasses and perennials on the edge of a natural pond.
This plant prefers a moist, fertile, but well drained soil.
