Promoter

Eligibility
a) This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
b) Employees of MF Aquatics LTD, their families, agents, or anyone else connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period
a) The prize draw opens on 01 June 2025 at 00:01 and closes on 30 Jun 2025 at 23:59. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

How to Enter
a) To enter the prize draw, participants must purchase online tickets for entry via our website for the specific prize draw prize.
b) No purchase is necessary. For a single free entry, participants may enter by sending a postcard with their full name, email address, and phone number to MF Aquatics LTD, Lower Beauvale, Newthorpe, Nottinghamshire, NG16 3PY. Multiple entries up to the maximum permissible are via separate individual postal entries only.
c) Each participant may submit any amount up to 10 entries per prize draw. Postal entries will count as one entry only. Multiple entries beyond the permitted number will be disqualified.

The Prize(s)
a) The prize is shown in each of the listings on the website along with approximate values.
b) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. c) Live fish can only be delivered to permissible UK postcodes. Entries outside of these postcodes will be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Notification
a) The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a fair and impartial process on 01 July 2025 or sooner if maximum entries are received.
b) The winner will be notified via Telephone within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner will be selected.

Publicity
a) By entering, participants agree that their name and entry may be used for promotional purposes by MF Aquatics LTD.
b) The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a request to MF Aquatics LTD, Lower Beauvale, Newthorpe, Nottinghamshire, NG16 3PY within 30 days of the draw date.

a) Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.mf-aquatics.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

General
a) MF Aquatics LTD reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the prize draw at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
b) The decision of MF Aquatics LTD is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
c) This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
